How do your practices compare?

The credit control landscape changes year-on-year. By answering questions in this survey, you will help us build a better understanding of the most pressing challenges credit professionals face and how you measure performance.

Your answers will be anonymised and used to produce a report which outlines the most common challenges, credit control practices and KPIs across a broad range of industries.

The survey is hosted and sponsored by Netsend, Forums International and AICDP, who will collate the responses and generate the report. Your details and answers to each question will not be shared beyond the three organisations involved in this process.

If you have opted in to receive the report, this will be emailed to you when completed.

These last few months have seen a massive increase in Netflix and similar subscriptions. Cinemas remain closed at time of writing this. Never before have people relied on their televisions for much needed entertainment and escapism.

To say thank you for providing us with a response to the survey, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw for this TV. Good luck!

Terms and Conditions

  • The prize is a Samsung 55 Inch Smart 4K HDR LED TV and delivery within the UK or Ireland, or the nearest cash equivalent made payable to a charity of the winner’s choice. The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.
  • Open to UK and Ireland residents aged 16 and over, excluding Netsend and Corcentric employees, their friends and relatives. Closing date for entries is 11.59pm BST on [24th July 2020]. Entries received after this time will be void and will not be entered into this draw.
  • Only one entry per person.
  • Entries are per person, so multiple people from the same business can enter.
  • To enter, entrants must complete and submit the survey linked to from this page.
  • The winners will be chosen at random. Entries will be placed into a spreadsheet, with a number assigned to each. A random number generator will be used to pick a number at random from this list. The decision of Netsend is final.
  • The winners will be informed by direct email within 28 days of the closing date and will need to respond within 28 days. If a response is not received within this timeframe a new winner will be chosen.
  • The winners’ surnames and county of residence will be available on request and published on the Netsend blog and on Netsend social media accounts. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify Netsend within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the prize draw. You acknowledge that you may be asked to participate in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
  • The prize will be sent within 7 days of the winner confirming their address.
  • The promoter is Netsend Limited, a limited company registered in England under with company number 03814021 whose registered office is at Battersea Studios, 80 Silverthorne Road, London SW8 3HE.
  • By participating in this prize draw, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit Netsend’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud. Netsend will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to Netsend or to the entrant at the time of entry to the prize draw or which are caused by a third party.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

Your Data and GDPR Compliance

  • Our Privacy Policy is available here: https://netsend.com/privacy-policy/. We have set out below specific information which applies to your participation in the survey and prize draw.
  • Personal data we collect: Your survey responses, as collected via the Survey Monkey platform used to deliver this survey. This includes your name, company, country, email address, job title and industry.
  • Purpose and legal ground for data collection:
    • (1) To enable you to participate complete the survey and participate in the prize draw. Our legal ground for this is the performance of a contract (i.e. the prize draw).
    • (2) To send marketing communications. Our legal ground for this is your consent or, where reasonable, proportionate and permitted by applicable law, our legitimate interest in marketing to promote our business.
    • (3) To create the credit professionals report. Our legal ground for this is our legitimate interest in conducting business and industry research in the credit management sector.
  • Additional information: The full data set will be downloaded by Netsend for the purpose of creating the credit professionals report.
    Your answers will be anonymised and used as part of the complete data-set. Your full name and business will not be used anywhere in any of the resulting materials of discussion of results on this website, our partners’ websites or our social media channels without your consent. However, in accordance with legal requirements relating to prize draws, your surname and county will be announced as per the prize draw terms and conditions.
  • Data sharing: Our partners, Forums International and AICDP will have access to the survey response data, from their respective audiences, but will not share their audience data with each other. Two streams of responses will be collected, then combined by Netsend for the final analysis, report generation and prize draw. Survey Monkey receives your personal data as our service provider for the survey. Our parent company, Corcentric, also receives your personal data. Where data sharing involves transferring your personal data outside the UK or the EU, we implement adequate safeguards as required by law.
  • Marketing: Netsend will use your contact details to follow up with a link to access the report and may ask if you are happy to receive any marketing communications or other follow-up to the survey. You can opt-out of any further follow-up or other marketing communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails or contacting us.
    If you do not opt out of follow-up marketing communications, your contact details will be retained by Netsend for as long as you agree to receive marketing communications. Your details will not be used for any other purpose and will never be shared with any third-parties for their own marketing purposes other than our partners, Forums International and AICDP.
