Client Profile – Scottish Provincial Press
Scottish Provincial Press is a privately-owned company producing 15 weekly newspapers covering the Scottish Highlands. Their titles are produced at three production sites; Inverness, Elgin and Wick, with all 15 being printed at the company’s Highland Web Offset centre in Dingwall, the county town of Ross-shire.
With several hundred employees and 7,000 customers to invoice on a daily basis, SPP Group required an efficient and accurate document distribution process.
Neopost recommended Netsend due to their direct expertise in both AR document management and the newspaper industry.
Netsend proposed a fully managed and outsourced service for the fulfilment of posted invoices, statement and chase letters. The solution needed to reflect SPP Group’s existing working practices such as distribution control, exception rules and printing to multiple coloured paper stock. In addition a programme of digitisation was offered in order to benefit from faster delivery, reduced costs and improved audit trails possible through electronic delivery.
